Higher wages for our care-partners.

That's right! Our company has the highest care-partner pay-scale in home care!

  

The average caregiver makes $14.50 an hour in Maryland. All of our Care-Partners start out at $17.00 an hour but after 60 days and completion of training we pay $18.00 an hour! We are always looking for great Care-Partners in the Chestertown, Easton and Grasonville area.

Care-Partner earns CEUs at no cost

Once our Care-Partners complete Positive Approach to Care (PAC) and the GEMS training they are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEU). 

Nutrition/Local Chef Inspired Training

Learning New Skills

With the Nutrition/Local Chef Inspired Training our Care-Partners in the surrounding areas of Chestertown, Easton and Grasonville  will learn new skills to use in their home life and can enjoy healthy recipes.
