I founded Aging at Home Solution, Inc. to make a meaningful difference in an industry largely dominated by franchises that often impose corporate policies disconnected from local customs. My mission is to elevate non-medical home health care in our community by providing customized training, offering competitive wages for our care partners, and fostering an inclusive workforce involved in the decision-making process for personalized care planning.
By collaborating closely with clients, their families, and our care partners, I have gained valuable insights into the challenges, concerns, and disappointments that may arise. This collaboration allows me to offer tailored solutions for those in need.
To ensure our care partners receive superior training, I identified a nationally recognized curriculum aligned with our clients’ needs. I found a perfect match in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care™ and her Living Gems Program™. These programs equip our care partners with essential tools to address the challenges of aging and living with dementia. Impressed by these programs, I became a Certified Independent Trainer—one of only five in the State of Maryland. Additionally, these programs qualify for Continuing Education Units, providing an added benefit for our care partners.

Amy Keller, the owner of Aging at Home Solution, Inc., is a certified Independent Trainer in the Positive Approach® to Care (PAC) developed by Teepa Snow, a nationally recognized expert in natural aging and dementia care. As one of only five certified independent trainers in Maryland, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to her team. Additionally, all staff members will undergo eight hours of hands-on training in the Dementia Positive Approach to Care, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide compassionate and effective support.
We equip our care partners with the necessary tools to address the challenges of natural aging and support individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our focus is on empowering seniors to remain in the comfort of their homes, where they feel most at ease, rather than transitioning to a facility.
